India has halted the flow of Indus River water to Pakistan, as shown in a government-released video today depicting the closure of four dams and their associated canals.
Pakistan had earlier warned that any such move would be "considered an Act of War."

India has fully blocked the flow of water to Pakistan from the Salal and Pakal Dul hydroelectric projects on the Chenab River.
Pakistan has responded by declaring the move an act of war.
