My gut reaction is no. But Im mostly thinking about a company trying to sell Bitcoin.

If we really are trying to make Bitcoin a universal currency then every company can be a "Bitcoin comapny" and construction companys have to follow local building codes, restruants have health codes to follow ect...all "legal" bussiness seem to have something they need to comply with whether or not they have a department for it.

Im probably overtaking this.
