Binance Receives License to Offer Bitcoin, Digital Asset Services in El Salvador
The crypto exchange said it now holds licenses to operate in 18 countries.

I assume with El Salvador having passed it's securities law, that Binance wouldn't be able to list any shitcoins unless the shitcoin project officially registers as a security, right?
