Truth is the highest virtue. To pursue it well, one mustn't trust, they must verify. That means not even trusting what one thinks they know.

Nirvana has a mountainous wall around it's valley. Your ego and what you thought of yourself, or the value you've placed on what others think of you, must be checked at the gate in order to start the journey towards it.
