you can handle #spam and isolate a feed quite easy with #filters , i mean for a #japan feed you just need to look for the chars

given even in japan nostr is going to grow huge you will end up needing the same tools we are all using so it would be wise you stay with the main lines of dev so we can amplify our efforts while we are still small
