I am beginning to believe the precious metals to paper ratio is beginning to collapse and the BTC to paper ratio is increasing. If that is what is happening. The metals have a long way to climb.

Metals go first. BTC will meet the same fate in time.
Historically, platinum is higher than gold and rhodium is lower than both.
So, PMs should still revert to mean, most likely by all of them increasing in fiat significantly, regardless of Bitcoin events:
