On what bases you assume he cares about america? Mostly he cares about rich americans. He lowers taxes for them. Everyone not included in these tax shortage looses actually. Eighter there is less spending from the state or the ones excluded from his tax shortage pay more.

Maby he really wants to make America great, maby not. But his action showcase that the onlything he really cares is his personal wealth. And that standard americans are of no intrest for him if it is not to make fun of them.
