The conventional belief of a personified Christian (or any denomination) God is the ultimate ego trip.

Someone on an ego trip is easier to predict and manipulate. (As they are distracted to put it simply)

It is centralized authority that specializes and deals in power by proxy (arguably a phrase under the idea of manipulation).

If you’re still not following me…

Institutions both physical and conceptual are the controls of society; that is not conjecture. That’s fact.

And for some reason people, who aren’t fans of hashing this stuff out, 9/10 get fixated and loop on the “absurdity” that politicians could possibly even conceive to abuse a position of power and authority.

T here: first, the nocoiner NPC glosses over the fact that congealing masses of politicians have managed to erect, over decades and a pair of centuries, arguably tangible levers (institutions) that they can now generationally staff with people of their choosing...

They gloss over that fact for the apparently “safer” opinion that these rich white multigenerational families wouldn’t mishandle these unneeded concentrations of influence authority and power. ..

It not like history’s just a literal play by play of our existence as humans ever driven by those calling the shots down to those bellow.

💯 on beliefsystems/reggolegions.

PoW is an ancient decentralized ritual. (Vallhalla/Maya/Pagan)

BitCoin is **not safe** against the corruption you described.

Also there's some buttpirate popping up in my feeds calling himself moon sailor or smth.

The gospel is heavy in this one, almost as if hearts could be swayed over to PoS(Catholica Gigas) once sufficient amount of zealotry is acquired.

Wtf should I do?

It is safe though; that corruption occurs in the current paradigm and spheres of influence that central authorities create. Bitcoin however is a separate closed system, like a different planet with its own unique atmosphere.

Catch is as a people we have to mentally inhabit that other planet. While living in the central authority’s world, thinking the way we’re told, there is no escape.

But to live and truly accept Bitcoin brings liberation from all that; powers that be can dictate and mandate anything they want but on planet Bitcoin their words carry no weight.

No i'm sorry, bitcoin is only somewhat uncorrupted at this point in time.

Only layer0: PoW is fully decentralized and a nauciously effective ritual of sacrifice.

Layer1: Bitcoin is kept at bay by the gray community wizards, but their tools and communication channels are owned by Microsoft.

Layer2: lightning is fully centralized. Once a lightning node has locked up enough Capitol in their channels they can detach from the Blockchain and replace it with a mysql database "for everyones best interest" and the money printing will begin a new.

But in present time, yes I agree Bitcoin is better than fiat.

An alternative to lightning popped up on my radar.

If you're interested, check out #peercoin it uses lightweight ledgers instead of LN servers.

But essentially the same layer2 thing

Have you checked out Ark? The L2 for Bitcoin? I think it’s guna take the cake for what Bitcoin needs to scale.

As far as our disagreement goes it’s one of the few things we can agree to disagree upon and actually, objectively, both be right about.

Until there is global adoption of a Bitcoin standard (and maybe not even then) Bitcoin is narrative-less and anything, positive or negative, we associate with it is a flaw (or feature) of our own systems paradigm.

Yeah that's one way to put it. No bias attributed to BTC in present time has meaning.

I checked out ARK, Intresting lead

https://lists.linuxfoundation.org/pipermail/bitcoin-dev/2023-May/021694.html

I read a few messages into the conversation, lots of made up words but good read.

My takeaway is that the server that runs ArkServiceProvider.exe is free to mess with all zaporonies it locks up.

There was some critisicm pointing towards previous attempts and failure's of what they categorized as an "zero-conf L2 system".

Idk
