Encouraging Ordinals. The Inscription portion are essentially using an exploit or vulnerability of Taproot to flood and spam the timechain. This behavior is very Shitcoinish.

It's not a vulnerability or exploit. It's just using the rules of taproot to store data in chunks. Data stored in chunks was always possible with OP_RETURN.
