We are only like this because I've been actively harassing people for nearly 2 years. From my personal experience, just keep being vocal and not afraid to stir the pot. Litterally every single thing I've started a fight about in the group chat becomes consensus 6-12 months later. My communication style slows things down, but consistency seems to be what gives credence to my ideas.
