Haven’t tried Aqua yet, but I wonder if this is because of the small amount swapped, in the same sense that with Phoenix it is a .4% + 4 sat fee, so if one zaps 10 sats, you pay 5 sats? (Tbf if you zap 1000, you pay 9 sats, still high for LN but not nearly as bad)

Or is it something to do with initial setup?

I can’t imagine one would lose half on every swap!
