The Bible is the original free and open source software.

Anyone can run this software and change their world view, fork it and take from it whatever they want. Decentralized issuance across the world makes it censorship resistant.

I am skeptical of organized religion this is merely an observation.

Voluntary adoption of free and open source networks is a powerful thing.
