I'd say it's even more insidious than that.
The number one shitcoin (aside from the USD) is Ethereum which is what most CBDCs are being built on and has been in bed with the WEF from day one.
Vast majority of the other "next generation" blockchains are exactly the same. Polygon, Algorand, Ripple, whatever... all WEF partners, all designed for CBDCs.
