I love jogging and that's always been my go to work out, but ever since I found the carnivore diet community I've realized weight lifting + walking is a superior path to vibrant years later in life. Basically build muscle instead of lose fat. Muscle is your bodies retirement plan.

Totally agree and the research is finally starting to reflect that too. I'm pushing 50 and starting to get a bit achey and tired, but hitting the weights keeps me feeling young and gets rid of any pain.

Don't discount running though, our bodies are made for running and chasing prey, it does us good to run.
