I want to quit vaping. I switched from cigarettes to vaping 2 years ago after smoking a pack a day for about 18 years. I've worked my way down to using 3mg/ml nicotine fluid, which is basically a placebo. But I'm still hella addicted to puffing on this thing.

Don’t have any advice on the vape. I quite smoking when my kids were born. It’s difficult. Respect ✊
