Vs Code and coffee, that's all I need. Copilot is very convenient tool. After that it's project and language specify.

VSCode is LEGIT.
I use that a lot too and have been experimenting with Copilot. Its cool, but not the gamechanger that many think it is.
It's been pretty cool for writing, it'll autocomplete things contextually based upon where I'm at in the story.
I finally brought vim/emacs into my writing environment, still using VSCode a lot for programming on my personal computer.
I love vim, once you start using it you can't go back.
