I’m a Proton enjoyer, for sure, but the inability to integrate the calendar into common, third-party tools (scheduling, desktop apps, etc.) is a tough one.

The best I’ve managed is to subscribe to Proton cals in a Google Calendar account, then integrate that. But it’s super janky.

Has anyone figured out a better way? #asknostr

Haven't tried, but as we all know, Proton takes their time making things secure, private, and stable before adding functionality. Some people think they should move faster, I appreciate their approach.

Slow and steady wins the race!

It's an infinite game.

In my opinion, it is a stupid race that many company do to get out the most features as early as possible without quality causing massive issues.

I recently got an email invite for a video call in my Protonmail and it asked if I want to add it to my proton calendar.. I didn’t set anything up, that just happened.. not sure if that’s what you’re talking about?

That’s a nice, recent integration among their own products (table stakes, I’d argue), but I’m referring to third-party tools.
