Weird question, but do we happen to have any people from #Madeira on the #fediverse? Or people from #Portugal who know what to do with this situation?

Our balcony looks out over some other vacation rentals. There's a small dog that has been stuck on one of the roof terraces for at least 3 days now. He's on a terraced floor with a tiny blanket exposed to the scorching sun all day. He's still moving so I *assume* he gets water and food. This isn't ok, what to do?
