I realized that I was already so close to doing it anyway. My default meal is keto, though I had gone through a period of being keto by default but not strict, so never actually entering or maintaining ketosis. And I stopped eating breakfast years ago.

So really it was just being a little more strict and no evening snacks. Not a huge change.

Have you played with your on/off range? I was tempted to be a little more hardcore than 16/8 but wanted to start easy and so far have zero complaints.
