It also forces people to think about what they're responding to. A like to me is similar to a polite smile in person. Nothing wrong with it. It just isn't as strong as giving feedback.

Also, not everything has to be zapped if you enjoy it. Some notes exist for the benefit of the creator and are not meant to get attention.
