I’m just speechless, but not surprised.

Privacy, and reasonable search and seizure is on the chopping block.

Freedom of speech and others are next. My focus and criticism of insane regulation, critical of powers and governments, even put nostr:npub1fpcd25q2zg09rp65fglxuhp0acws5qlphpg88un7mdcskygdvgyqfv4sld in the spotlight with these folks. It’s getting crazy

Hopefully law and order prevail to show Samouri does not execute transactions themselves, nor any sort of criminal activity. But ask Ross. Ask tornado cash. Not looking good. Godspeed everyone, going to get bumpy 😓

Going to be a crazy case to watch. They went way out of their way to NOT be a transmitter.

To me the only reason they have been arrested is for providing people with privacy. Which the government hates.

The reality is that MOST of the people who use or used whirlpool are just HODLing, and want to have some forward-looking privacy with zero intent of using the money in a crime.

This cannot stand.
