Tbh I like a mix of both. There are days where I feel like I need to jump around and try crazy stuff and on other days I just want to lift heavy stuff and feel the iron in my hands
I am there with you! There are days where I'd run for miles and miles, other where I'd kick my ass with heavy stuff.
