I can't even imagine buying BTC from a Post office. That doesn't make sense to me. Is that the only way they can buy it?
No but it was a hack. The post office apparently “took steps” to further limit freedom for Canadians.

I suspect the person who will suffer most from this is someone who is paid cash and doesn't have a bank account, like undocumented day laborers. The workaround will probably be to pay someone who has ID to do it for them, which will make it more expensive and expose them to increased theft risk. Funny how leftist commies hate the poor so much.
