I don't think you understand how it works. The only reports the app considers for hiding is from the people you follow. Random accounts don't impact the experience.

Thank you for this answer #[3] I have been looking at how the clients do this from the outside but haven’t gotten into code. I know some swift, but very little kotlin. Thank you for clarifying this.
Also relays should definitely take action. Delete reports that the relay consider invalid or consider as valid an keep them.
All apps assume the user's relay is actively reviewing these and Both the Play Store and the Apple store require relays to review reports.
I wonder what relays have this built in as an admin function. Another avenue for investigating. Excellent.
Many already do. But I don't know if it is a beautiful screen or a command line feature. Let's hope relay devs improve this over time. It's for the safety and experience of their user after all.
