Thanks for this information, I made it to set up my wallet and I did it in the Primal client for iOS. The only issue is that it asked for some personal details and I was not expecting that to happen as this should be a decentralized network. Privacy?

that's because Primal uses a wallet service provider that requires this information. you don't have to use Primal nor do you have to use Primal and their wallet. you can use a wallet that doesn't require any KYC such as https://coinos.io. Nostr is all about choices.
