Blade steak has a really good flavor and texture, I'm surprised it's so much cheaper than ribeye

How cheap we talkin bout?
We use it for slow cooked dishes only because it's very lean. How did you do it? Just as a steak, pan-seared?

Wasn't lean for me, very nice marbling
