Whether the #XiJinping stroke rumors are true or not, the #Chinese military and the rest of the #CCP have been in turmoil for more than a half year, as the long delay in the start of the #ThirdPlenum shows. Moreover, purges are continuing. The downturn in the economy, I think, is causing or aggravating all sorts of disruptions in political circles. #China, stroke or no stroke, looks like it is entering a period of sustained crisis. If so, Chinese leaders are bound to make their crisis our crisis.
