I'm not sure why this isn't working. Mp4 with AVC video and aac audio should be fine.
Seems like when she uploads from primal everyone hears but not from amethyst. What’s different with the video upload in amethyst vs primal?

It's only the videos made on Snapchat that loose audio when uploaded via #Amethyst.
Snapchat -> Amethyst: audio loss
Other method -> Amethyst: no audio loss ?
All the others footages made by phone or using capcut, never had audio loss. Just Snapchat....

If you disable Amethyst's built-in compression, basically choosing the highest quality when uploading media, some problems tend to go away.
