Oh I know. There was nowhere to stack it until last summer. Next winter and after we will have more than we can use with all trees I cleared this year.

Kinda tough to stockpile anything as a Full time RV nomad, we just decided to develop a property here withing the last 2 years

Ya, wood procurement on the road wood ;) be difficult.

After how long traveling did you decide to lay roots?

A couple years. But not really lay roots. We are here for 5yrs or maybe a little more then hopefully on yhe road to repeat what we do here.

We partnered up with a friend from Canada to develop an education center and permaculture nursery on 16ac of raw land he owns. Infrastructure will also be used for his time in the US but that is limited to under 6mo a year, so we hope to make him cash positive on the property during the times he isn't using it.

Then rinse and repeat after it is rolling.

We currently have 2 small cabins a few sheds and systems built. We are getting started on our housing that will double as an caretaker housing when we develop the next spot. Hopefully we get to rotate to them all with the weather.

Or we end up liking it here a lot and just stick to running this location.

That’s something i could get behind.

Way cool!

If I were passing by I’d Definitely lend a hand somehow.

I’d be curious how your sustaining yourself

My wife is lucky enough to work fully remote. I am building several income streams with Podcasting, various affiliate relationships, currently working on some digital content that will be saleable and this year we will start having classes at the propety.

Our food Forest and mushrooms should start producing in 2025 and we will be adding several other trees and plants to propagate for the property and to sell.

The goal will be for me to be able to buy my wife out of her job so she can help me. Only time will tell, just like with nature.
