Is any of the wine cellar open sourced?
Not really - our main closed custom implementation is the filter.nostr.wine websocket/db/cache. https://docs.nostr.wine/filter/readme
The archive relay behind filter is powered by strfry and the search API above basically just wraps our elasticsearch implementation (search.nostr.wine).
