What interface did they (or you) use for communicating to the MDB? Any links to project?

Bootstrapping a FOSS company for cheap open firmware controllers for MDB systems and looking for collaborators.

You can find the relevant javascript code here. It runs on a pi wired to the relays inside the machine. The pi connects to LNBits over websockets.
