Ok. I had heard an argument made (not by Trump) that even Kamala Harris was not qualified to be president because neither of her parents were U.S. citizens when she was born.

If someone is lying on someone, like if Trump were lying about Obama's birthplace, then Obama could sue him for defamation, like Trump did to ABC News, and won, after they settled. Let the truth come out in court, with discovery and testimony, etc.
My is that by that time the average, and some not too bright, people have made assumptions and taken sides.
Yes, lawyers love lawsuits. It’s how they make most money probably. Not necessarily a good thing for freedoms of any kind.
I am up for freedom of speech but somebody needs to monitor the abuses.
