Simply put God gave man Free Will.

When we look at things from above, we see that everything is a play / a dream. So though there is misery and pain we make up seeing that the story played was a dream. A very bad one indeed, nonetheless still a dream.

Just as when we dream. We have a nightmare full of terror and misery (crimes and the like). We awaken from sleep and say thank God that was just a dream / nightmare and we forgot all about it.

Same with here. So much misery here and we awaken into our astral bodies and say well that was some ride.

Still a shitty show run by God, however it’s the God that’s into expression (Kal/ Lucifer as you may call it). This power rules the 3 worlds. Above that is the supreme being or almighty consciousness which is indeed us.

There is no separation, so in essence we are all allowing murder and rape to happen, we are that consciousness dumbed down into this body that is causing pain and suffering to are fellow brother and sister. When we rise above this and have low in our hearts we realize that we are all ONE, the same consciousness and God itself.
