you start with Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64-bit

then you install

if you don't have static IP you need something like this

They won't boot up. The power light goes on, but nothing else happens. The OS is on the cards.

Once or twice I got it to work, but it's very variable and I don't know what I'm doing right/wrong.
