The hunger suppression on a low carb/keto diet is frightening. Hours upon hours go by without food entering your head it's insane. You'll need to set reminders to eat something tbh.

If this sounds like a sales pitch, I don't mean it to, do whatever works for you but this diet has honestly impressed me.

Simple.

Intermintent fasting works great for me regardless of what I am eating. Sugar definitely makes me feel hungry though.

Eating is so overrated.
