This is one of my top Podcasts where Saylor sat down with Saif. This is actually still 'controversial' and it deals with Bitcoin the Currency versus Bitcoin the Property (Store of Value.) Bottom line, Saylor simply states there is room, room for CBDCs or other countries to have Digital Currencies. BUT you don't have to adopt them and it won't impact Bitcoin the Digital Property. There is just so much more 'friction' in the former rather than the latter.
