If you want to lose weight and become healthy, eating less and doing treadmill is the worst thing you can do. Especially if you eat processed 'food' full of carbohydrates.
The correct way is to eat only real food (meat, eggs, fish) and avoid any artificial crap, which is full of carbs.
Also, it is important to be physically active: walk outside, lift weights in the gym, and communicate with people.
