Yeah it does, just use a Japanese VPN, also you can still receive and send payments in the US without a VPN, just not see you address or create invoices, but zaps still work for sending or receiving. 😎

strange, it's working now to send... but for some reason my notes on noStrudel don't give me the option to zap myself, indicating my lightning address isn't working?
