Every cuisine has been taken over by seed oils. Made this lamb curry with the lamb slow cooked in beef broth and the gravy made using the same broth with beef fat and ghee

And I bet it tastes significantly better than that shit made with toxic industrial oils

it was delicious, restaurant quality. Just used instincts and tasting all the way. No cookbooks.....they are all recipes based on seed oils, and so many ingredients to compensate as flavour.
