The hardest thing to overcome to achieve hyper-bitcoinization is people getting over the 'caveman' mentality. What's that?

Well when we were just a bunch of half apes collaborating in small groups, we only trusted those around us. Other groups were distrusted. Resources were scarce and 'others' were seen as the enemy.

This has carried through to today. We have small groups of trusted close friends and the 'other' is the enemy. Racism, tribalism, nationalism.. all stems from this inbuilt evolutionary trait. Fear of the other.

We won't overcome this without rewriting our biology.

But bitcoin fixes this!

Well no. It doesn't. The bitcoin network is the first truly trustless system. It requires no trust to transfer value peer to peer. It's.. incredible.

But the issue is that human's aren't hardwired to understand how a trustless system works. We hear it all the time. What is bitcoin backed by? What if they just copy it and make more? I already have money in my bank! People just don't get it.

It takes hours and hours of effort. And adoption is a snails pace because of this.

Bitcoin does indeed fix a lot. But it is going to take decades of effort from many people to rewire humanities 'caveman' brains...
