If you're gonna contract/conspire murder you should have the funds to meet in person somewhere safe. And it's most likely he tried to pay someone to do his dirty work and they flipped on him.

The guy is stupid for posting about it if it's real because he's admitted he did it and the only way they could know is they read proof in his phone.
