Wherever possible, I try to "just do things". People love to announce things, get the congratulations, and never follow through.

"I'm going on a diet!" "Great job Sally!" *Stays fat, never goes to gym*.

Been workin gon BChat for a while. So glad to get it out there! Great response so far.
