What is a trustworthy command line utility to generate #NOSTR keys (npub/nsec pairs) from BIP-0039 mnemonics conforming to the SLIP-0044 derivation path as specified in NIP-06?

Specifically, I'm deriving these seeds (mnemonics) from a #[1]​ #JadeWallet using its new support for BIP-0084.

Also is there a way to configure #Damus to support multiple identities while I transition from my current (app generated) key pair to a newly derived identity.

I find it distressing how many websites show up in Google search results which offer HTML forms to steal mnemonics in the guise of transforming or converting them to some other form.
