Damn sorry to hear that.

Outside of covid once and a stomach bug I haven’t gotten sick in 5 years. I used to get sick a few times a year.

Thank you. I’m pleased to hear it’s not everywhere. That gives me hope this will pass.

It’s odd how much of it is gut related. There are now 3 of us with permanent gut related illnesses (and all different ones). I really look at food sideways these days. The day is coming where if you didn’t grow it or raise it, it won’t be safe to eat.

You’re right about that. I’ve dealt with IBS for a long time. Funny enough when I eat steak it goes away 🤔

That’s what I’m dealing with. Hoping it’s not Crohn’s, as it’s pretty severe. Getting the camera insertion next month. It’ll be my first, and I’m looking forward to answers.

My experience is similar. We tried lion diet for about three months and while I was not completely symptom free the whole time, I was much better and had a lot fewer “flares.”

I’m pretty sure they’re slowly poisoning us.

i have been dealing with what i'm pretty sure is type 2 diabetes early onset for the last year, also some small kidney stones... the diabetes seemed to rapidly develop after about 2 years of frequent consumption of artificial sweeteners, especially monster acesulfame-k and sucralose, double vision, constant intense tinnitis, muscle weakness

lots of water and eating mainly meat and a little dairy helps a lot

oh yeah, maltodextrin also... did a super nasty number on my teeth, one pack of marks and spencer chips = 1 week agony

even the simple "salt and pepper" flavor was covered in this toxic chemically treated starch sugar shit
