That sport is extremely violent
It’s trying to evolve but old ways are hard to change.
Skill levels today are through the roof. But the old school thinking still exists. Cheap shit & blow up hits to injure. I’m a skill guy. I love the speed & skill in hockey now.
Did the steroid use also go up like in all the other pro sports? I wonder if that has an impact on the level of violence
