Prior to covid.. i was my work. I was my job. I wanted to move up the corporate ladder, make as much money as possible while getting recognition via promotions.

During covid it was like the world stopped and I was able to see corporations for what they were.

Human factory farms. Where you go in a creative life loving being and come out an old person. I realized that this farm didn’t really care about me. So for me to put 100% of my life, soul and time into it was a waste of my life.

I still do work yes, but i value my time way more. No more will certain carrots of status, more money or whatever have me give up more of my time unnoticed. More money is cool.. but my life is way more valuable.
