One will be from Turkey.

We want the other to be from the world.

I can get your suggestions about municipalities and mayors that you see as exemplary municipalities. And I would appreciate if you briefly explain why :)

By the way, this mayor is a supporter of the dictator.

In other words, liberal municipalities will be much better.
