I think too often there is too much focus on what people are eating, and I'm increasingly coming to the conclusion that it's going to be different for everyone.

What I think is more of a universal truth is where the food is sourced from vs. what it actually is. Contrary to what we were told growing up, butter IS good for you. It's one of the most complete and nutrient dense foods that doesn't come with the usual downsides of dairy. I put it in my coffee and whatever else I can.

Of course, it can't be just be random butter...it doesn't have to be organic, but so long as it's sourced from grass fed cows, you should be fine!
