You caught me in the heat of the moment. Apologies for asking you to take ā€œgood for youā€ lane.

As for the down/up-grade, it is not implemented because of the complexity involving doing so, but we already mentioned that you can just ask and we will do manual work on case by case basis. It is not like we add a button and everything works, it involves a lot of checking and ensuring that things don’t get screwed up. If you wish to get lower tier from the initial one, all you have to do is just ask (doesn’t even have to be nicely).

I get it, users don’t always ask for easy things, but also there’s no text mention on the upgrade page that makes this known to the average user. I didn’t even know there was a lower tier offering until after nostr build said something and other people commented about it.

There’s not even an option to see what that tiers benefits are. These are decisions made to obfuscate pricing options not just engineering challenges.

They are engineering challenges, I have no vested interest in misleading the user. You can take a look at GitHub source and see commit history. Implementing business logic especially when it comes to financial things is not a walk in the park. You can always logout and go to plans page to see all of it. The source is also available 🐶🐾🫔
