From a Christian POV, it is not sinful to be rich, but it is expensive in terms of the duty it brings to the hodler.
Living up to your means for Christendom should be placed front and center, or wealth should be distributed responsibly to right size wealth to capabilities/ambitions.
In the simplest of terms, donate excess to real causes that create the Christian world you want your kids to live in.
